  Bowen and Sons just came out today to inspect my septic tank and give me an inspection letter I need for the in-home daycare I'm opening. They were able to come out very quickly, came when they said they would, and called to let me know they were on the way. They were polite and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I had about my system with detail. It was clear they knew what they were doing.
  
  After they pumped and inspected the system, they worked to make sure the soil was properly placed back into the holes, smoothed out, raked, and ready for grass seed. This was not the experience I'd had with a different company several years ago when purchasing my first home, where the company that came just dumped the clods of clay back in the hole, and the yard was never the same.
  
  The price I was quoted by Bowen and Sons on the phone was the price I paid, and it was the best price around (I called several companies, and they beat everyone on price). I'm very happy with the service and value, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to friends. I'll be calling them again in a few years when the system is due for another service.
